HR & GA Officer:
Your Job :
1. Record and monitor attendance
2. Record and monitor time sheet
3. Calculate and monitor benefits and overtime for monthly pay.
4. Update report to Jamsostek, health insurance includes claims, saving plan
5. Regular report to Manpower Office, Trade Minister, BPMTSP and BKPM, Local Government, etc.
5. Update employees data base regularly
6. Supervise transport operation
7. Coordinate working visa application either for Indonesian to work abroad or
Expats to work in Indonesia.
8. Other tasks as assigned by HRD manager
Your Profile :
Having bachelor degree or diploma background in social sciences from a recognized university and having minimum 3 years experience as HR & GA Officer or equivalent in the foreign company.
General requirements :
1. Experience in handling payroll, time sheet monitor and records, visa application,
2. Having good supervisory and strong leadership skills
3. Capability to guide, coordinate and motivating co-workers
4. Good communication skills and having good reporting skills
5. Able to communicate actively in English language and computer literate
6. Able to work under pressure and be flexible.
7. Ready to work extra time and be flexible to suit the production work load
requirement.
8. Consistently to follow and obey the HSE matters at shop and site
9. Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures and
implementation
10. Willing to relocate and work in Purwakarta/ Cikampek, West Java

Employment status : Permanent status initially either probation or contract base
