Mechanic
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and repair of the geotechnical equipment.
• Record keeping of equipment maintenance systems.
• Record keeping of equipment.
• Ensuring the compliance of HSE system and procedure.
• To support the workshop Coordinator and technical team in using field equipment
Requirements:
• Candidate to be a Certified Mechanic.
• Have experience with heavy equipment /Geotechnical Equipment
• Min. 5 year experiences in relevant field.
• To be a hands-on professional have the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Maintenance Systems of plant and capable to maintain the records.
• Proficiency in English both oral and written
• Computer literary
• Detail oriented & well organized
• Have a good knowledge in safety management systems.
Remuneration will reflect the levels of experience, qualification and those rates prevailing within in the industry generally.

Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)
Requirements
• 5 – 10 years experience as a KTT in gold mining operation;
• Have KTT certificate (POU) and K3 certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (Mine Plan, Plant Operations, Environment, Safety)
• Have ability to prepare any reporting required by government (such as; RKAB, RKTTL, Triwulan, RKL/RPL etc),
• Have good knowledge in evaluate production quantity and production cost
• Good presentation skill and English proficient
• Good Communicator and team player
• Demonstrated successful track record as a positive, dynamic and innovative person, able to grow with the business and the company.
• Leadership skills, detail-oriented, initiative, organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good physical health and computer Literate
• To be located in Kalteng, roster 6/2
Responsibilities
• To ensure that the company site operations comply with government safety and environmental regulations whilst achieving its business objectives.
• To act as KTT under the Indonesian Mining Regulations;
• To lead the KTT department under the company site structure;
• To act as expert advisor to the GM on issues relating to Government relations and compliance issues
• To work together with the GM, act as mentor to department heads, particularly the Mine Operations Manager
• To work as a team with the GM on site to meet the companys commercial, production, community, HSE and government obligations;
• To work together with the GM, provide leadership on site related issues to ensure compliance with government regulation (e.g. safety standard, handling and utilization, mining traffic for heavy and light equipment, utilization of operation equipment; AMDAL standard for tailing/ waste disposal management and reclamation process, gold processing, etc.);
• To provide updated information related with mining regulations;
