Risk Management Manager
Requirement :
• should have minimum a bachelor degree in engineering with at least fifteen (15) years relevant work experience in oil and gas
Role & Responsibility
• Prepare recommendation Develop ERM framework based on ISO 31000:
- Policy
- ERM Manual & Procedures
- Integrate project risk management with corporate risk management
- Assess risk on strategic & corporate actions
- Assess business risk of projects at initial stage.
• Working closely with senior management to evaluate new business opportunities and to develop the necessary risk management capabilities to expend into these areas;
• Evaluate & develop company risk management policies, system & procedures in order to propose to Board of Directors for approval on any conceptual changes
• Coordinates, develop, implement and maintain the risk management functions for the various project within the company, including identification and analysis of market risk, operational risk and other risk to which the organization is exposed and selects appropriate techniques to handle risks;
• Develop risk management for ISO 21500: Project Management and ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management.
• Coordinate with Project Management to ensure project objectives and timeline are achieved and share expert analysis for the risk mitigation.
• Ensure strategic road map to the companys vision is equipped with enterprise risk management strategy.
• Align the companys Balanced Score Card & KPIs with risk management strategy.
• Develop crisis management within risk management framework for BOD in risk management perspective;
• Supervise a team in all components of companys ERM and/or risk management methodologies including risk diagnostics, identification, quantification, policies and procedures, monitoring, corporate governance and reporting, and risk technology systems;
